Phuong Anh Tran

Phuong Anh Tran is a Vietnamese lawyer, specializing in corporate and investment law. She has extensive experience in the real estate and healthcare sectors, having held various legal advisory positions on risk management. Before founding CHILLI, she was a co-founder of MAP, a brand specializing in immigration services, and served as the Managing Attorney at SKT Vietnam Law Firm. She has extensive experience in U.S. immigration law as well as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.

She has led the SKT team to become one of the most prestigious law firms in Vietnam, having successfully handled hundreds of EB-5, L1 and E2 applications for investors for the purpose of investment immigration. Phuong Anh is also a regular guest at conferences and seminars on immigration and investment in Vietnam. She graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
